Professional Deficiency Report

In cases in which a deficiency can not be fixed by a tenant, either because of it being to dangerous or because of expert know-how being required, ailean is able to convey all existing information into a professional deficiency report containing a clear and concise summary of what has been done, a report of what the deficiency seems to be and even a recommendation of action for an efficient handling by craftsmen. This report can be either sent directly to a email chosen by the property management, can be given to the tenant as a email draft suggestion or be connected to a existing tenant portal (on request).
